A collaboration of members of the BG Consortium on DB2 related tools and procedures for BGL. The goal is to create tools and documents to be shared with all of the Consortium sites.

• Analysis of DB2 health snapshots and tuning recommendations
• Reorganization of tables and indices
• Pruning of historical data (RAS mostly)
• Backup strategy
• DB2 security: creating alternate (e.g. public) views of tables, making BGL data available to users in a controlled environment
• Canned DB2 queries (e.g. LLNL's fatalras script, blocks_in_use)
• Enhancements to BGweb interface
